Susan Stanton

Vice-President, Operations: Susan has 23 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. She worked for Sprint for seven years in a variety of sales and service positions and has served ForesTel clients for the past 16 years. Susan's responsibilities include the day-to-day operations, service for large customers and operational relationships with carriers. She also maintains constant dialog with customers regarding long-range planning and new service installations and service issues. Susan works closely with our sales staff as their supervisor and also as a technical resource.

Carey Vance

Administration and Credit Manager: Carey has 9 years with ForesTel. Her responsibilities include credit management, accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, and invoice preparation and mailing.

Dennis Allen

Sales Executive: Dennis has more than 14 years of experience in the telecommunications industry as a sales executive, three of which with a major regional reseller. An 11 year veteran of ForesTel, Dennis has gained an enviable level of knowledge and competence in data networks and IP telephony.

Lou Chance

Sales Executive: Lou is in charge of our Sacramento, California office. She is responsible for sales and client relations for the majority of our forest products industry customers, offering all products and services. Following a five year stint at Sprint, ForesTel and Lou have been associated for the past 13 years.

Howard Gordin

Sales Executive: Howard joins ForesTel bringing with him a wealth of fifteen years of sales and customer service experience in personal and business computer, telecommunications equipment and VoIP technology. His expertise will fulfill the integration and convergence needs of our customers.

Terry Mendenall

Manager of Administration: Terry has been in the telecommunications industry since 1981 and joined ForesTel 11 years ago. He has worked in administrative, sales and service positions for Mountain Bell, AT&T, Sprint and a major regional reseller. Terry is responsible for statistics, operational reports, billing production and verification, and some sales support activity. In addition he communicates with customers on billing questions, account set-up and service and repair issues.

Emily Wasilk

Technical Consultant: Emily came to ForesTel in June, 2002 with an extensive knowledge base in voice and data products and technical problem resolution, following 4 years at Sprint as Senior Technical Account Consultant, where she was awarded many commendations. Her responsibilites include new installations, customer/vendor interface, customer/carrier liaison and service and repair functions.
