ForesTel has developed a very flexible and sophisticated billing system that permits invoice customization to suit our customers’ needs. From the carriers’ invoicing data, ForesTel can create a hierarchical invoice which allows individual invoice points that can be broken down by branches or profit centers under which the detail of all service locations and types are listed. The invoice also includes management reports that contain vital information such as; frequently called numbers, long calls, area code reports, usage by telephone number, accounting code reporting, etc. ForesTel also will validate, upon request, the invoices submitted by the carrier directly to our customer.
